Things had been quiet in the three months since the Cardinal Witches lost their sister Mombi, Witch of the North, to the wickedness and bigotry of the Wizard and his lackeys. That silence came to an end with the sudden appearance of propaganda in the Munchkin villages... propaganda meant to turn them against their long-serving mistress Solana, Witch of the East, and coerce her into abandoning her post and power.

With tensions rising among the people of her country - and the looming danger of the Wizard’s influence - Solana must come to terms with the loss of her sister, and seek the help of new friends and old magics to re-establish control of her kingdom. But will it be enough to take down the Wizard and his allies once and for all?
